I’ve arrived in Sydney and spent a lovely day walking round the harbour yesterday, dodging the raindrops in the morning and eating an ice-cream in the sunshine in the afternoon.
Sydney Harbour is really spectacular, full of smart boats, bars and people, plus a couple of reasonably famous landmarks . . .
I’ve now got sore feet but am very excited about exploring the city over the next ten days.
Glad to hear that you’ve made it to Sydney safely. What is it like to be a City Girl again? Baci PapĂ
Have a great time in Sydney, try to get to the northern beaches, There used to be a fantastic house built onto the cliffs at Palm Beach it was supported by two long steel poles. As you know June and I lived ther in the early seventies and toured Aus. in 2000. I believe you are going to Cairns !!! if you do I would suggest a ride on the Kuranda railway up to the rain forrest. Its not very expensive and the Duque ride at the top is exceptional. Watch the food on green island!!! all our love June and Brian
Stunning views! You seem to have the weather on your side so far on your trip!
